Refunds
Sayframe refund policy
Effective August 10, 2026. You can try hosted transcription before subscribing. This policy explains refunds after purchase, wherever you bought Sayframe.
The short version
Before subscribing, you can try Sayframe Cloud transcription for 14 days with 300 hosted minutes and a 90-minute limit per rolling 24 hours. The trial starts with your first hosted transcription, not sign-in, and requires no card. Local features are already free. If something is still wrong after you pay, tell us and we will help resolve it.
Purchases via sayframe.app / Paddle
If you bought Sayframe directly from sayframe.app, refund requests made within 14 days of purchase are honored under this policy and applicable consumer law.
To request one, reply to your Paddle receipt email or email us at [email protected] with your order details. Paddle.com Market Ltd, as merchant of record, processes the refund back to your original payment method.
Purchases via the Mac App Store
If you bought Sayframe through the Mac App Store, Apple processes the transaction and the refund. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can’t issue Mac App Store refunds directly, but we can help if you run into trouble with the process.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a monthly or yearly subscription anytime, and you’ll keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund periods you’ve already used, except within the 14-day window above.
EU/UK statutory rights
If you’re in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days. Because Sayframe is digital content you can start using immediately, we may ask you to confirm you understand that using it during those 14 days can affect that withdrawal right. We won’t rely on that confirmation to deny a genuine refund request made in good faith within the window.
